About this project
In life we all are blessed with different talents and abilities, and it is my belief that God intends for us to use those where we can to His honour and glory. It is with this in mind that I run this website. There are so many millions of people in this world who, for whatever reason, are desperately crying for help, lost in a sea of worries and concerns, and yet unaware of the great release that can be granted by submitting their problems to God. It is primarily to these people that I am aiming these messages, simple and short though they may be. The messages are varied in their content, but mostly are messages of hope in dark times, simple spiritual messages of guidance, inspiration and hope to all. They are not all directly bible-related messages either, some are simple stories of faith and hope, either contributed by someone or inspired directly by God.
Please feel free to copy and distribute these messages as you wish, because it is through the amazing medium of email and the internet that we can reach so many people who are thirsting for God's guidance, or whose faith in God is tested.
I am not affiliated in any way to any church or religious organisation, and I am not a trained or ordained minister of religion. Any inspiration for this work is received by the grace of God, and I ask you to pray for its continuance.

How often, when we face fear and troubled times, do we allow ourselves to be completely overcome? We submit to the anxiety, we bend before the pain and the worry, and we permit all of that to dominate our lives. This becomes an ever-increasing cycle of trouble for us; the more we worry, the more we focus on our troubles, the more we try to handle all of it ourselves, the worse it appears to get. And so on, all the time our fear increases, and our worries consume us. And then to weaken us even further we find that we cannot sleep, we toss and turn all night worrying about the burdens that we have been given.
That is not to say that we should NOT consider our problems; of course we should! But we should be looking at them from a different perspective, we should be taking the problems one at a time, holding them up before God and saying "Father, please bear this burden for me? Please take this pain, this trouble, this worry from me? Father, I acknowledge this problem, but I cannot resolve it alone, please help me?"
Be assured that God WILL assist you, have faith and it will be so. Read Isaiah 41:13, where God says "Fear not, I WILL HELP YOU". That is His promise! God loves you, He is with you always at your side, holding your hand and guiding your through the difficulties, if only you will acknowledge Him and allow Him in.
And when you do that, you will understand more fully the meaning behind the words in Proverbs 3:24; "When you lie down, you will not be afraid; Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet." Now THAT is a wonderful promise indeed!
